Dear Families,

Welcome to the 2022-2023 school year! My name is Emily Adkins and I am very excited to begin my 3rd year as the Principal of Brookside High School.  Prior to the high school, I was an Assistant Principal at Brookside Intermediate School and a Principal at Brookside Middle School for two years.  I feel blessed that I have had this adminstrative path because I have been able to travel with many grade levels and families the last five years.  I look forward to working with the entire BHS staff to support our students with an enriching high school experience.

High school is such an important transition for students, both academically and socially. What happens during these years will have a lasting impression on their growth and development. My goal as Principal is to ensure that your child is attending school every day in a safe and caring environment with a challenging academic curriculum to successfully prepare them for their future.
