Please note your child needs to be 5 on or before August 1, 2024

If you missed our In-Person Registrations that were on March 13th and need to enroll your child, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Click on the image below to read the Kindergarten Registration Instructions.

Step 2:  Click here to complete the Registration Form.
Step 3: Email the completed Registration Form to tglass@sheffieldschools.org
Step 4: Click on the image below to see what is needed for your in-person appointment. 

Step 5: Call Mrs. Glass, secretary at Forestlawn Early Learning Center at (440) 949-4238 to schedule your in-person appointment

If you own or rent your own home... you can STOP here! 
If you live with someone, please continue to Step 6.
Step 6: Click on the image below to print the Shared Residency form that needs to be notarized when you come to your appointment.
